These are our terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website to you and how we run the website and treat the personal information which you provide us with.  Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any products from this website. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  If you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website.  Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. We reserve the right to change the contents of this website, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your use of the website after a change has been posted will signify your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.


All copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to this website and its content, including images, text and any other material are owned or registered by us.


Whilst we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website, it is provided on an “as is” basis and we give no warranty regarding the accuracy of the content of this website. Any advice given on this website is for guidance purposes only.


All items shown as ‘in stock’ will normally be delivered within a standard delivery timescale of 3 – 5 working days.


We accept payment from all major Debit and Credit Card companies. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept payment via paypal, cheques or postal orders.


Customers have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contract Regulations in addition to our Returns Policy. When customers have received goods that they need to cancel under the Consumer Contract Regulations, we require the Goods to be returned to us prior to any refund taking place. The cost of the return shipping must be paid by the customer.


The information you provide when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you with any query we may have. A contract between you and us will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items have been dispatched. Once your order has left Freerein HQ you will receive an email from the courier company, confirming your order has been dispatched and on its way to you.


Our standard delivery timescale is 3-5 working days for orders within the UK. We will not be held responsible for any courier delays, which would be out of our control. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible to follow the returns procedure. On receiving delivery of your order, if it is in anyway damaged you must inform us within 48 hours by email to, otherwise a claim cannot be accepted.


All international orders will be posted via our courier. Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order. We will not be held responsible for any delays on delivery.


Please note that our carrier cannot deliver on a bank holiday. Any orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed the following business day.


Your rights to return goods are protected under the eu distance selling directive. You may return unworn / unused items within 7 days, if you were wanting an exchange, due to wrong size ordered, postage will be charged for the replacement item. If you wish to return an item please contact us with your order information and your details and we will provide details of what to do. Items cannot be returned if they are worn or altered. Items cannot be returned if you do not follow the washing instructions. When returning goods/items it is advisable for ‘proof of posting to be obtained.
